hehehe...Excellent. That pretty much cuts it. Juries, it would seem, do indeed have the right to judge as they see fit. It IS improper, IMHO, for a judge to tell a jury how they must rule. I got a form for Jury duty in the mail last year, but they never called me. You don't have to wonder what would happen if I get called for a simple drug possession case, for instance.
