They locked up the portals early and just signed up a huge client,the IRS.The best part of their future market is direct downloads and BYND is only just beginning to develop the direct download market.

Name recognition, for one thing. BYND has a lot of "good will." Other than that, I haven't the foggiest idea. So much of the market doesn't make sense.
