Well SOMEbody in that stable better be able to kick some hypercompetitive butt, or -- you're right -- we die. There's no such thing as a safe bet, but I like the odds on this one. Trouble is, we don't get to "call" for a few years. In the meantime, we have to adjust our "signal-to-noise ratio" to tune out these wild PMS* swings. * PMS = "paralyzing market syndrome" -- please, no calls or letters. I never knew the volatility could be this... um... exhilarating. (Yeah, that's it!). Hang in there, people -- darkest before the dawn...
