hookbull, Wit's settlement date is three business days from the date of purchase. That means that you can wire after you get shares and be fine. It priced at $18 so your ok anyway.

Hookbull, I think you just have to have $1000...

...in your account. I know the minimum to open an account is now $2K, but I don't think the minimum changed as far as what you have to have in your account in order to get an allocation. You do have to get the money into your account before the settlement date, which is usually 3 days after the trade date.
