Now that we have reached a new "plateau" in this discussion, let me say this! <ggg>
If a person knowingly slanders another then they are liable for what they say. If the "offended person, is a person and not a company, then the person involved should sue "AT HIS EXPENSE" not using shareholder money....shareholder money is a bottomless pit...if they run out, they just issue more shares. If a company is "besmurched" then "THE SHAREHOLDERS" at an AGM should determine if a lawsuit is suitable or not.
Not some pompous CEO who sits on his fat butt, taking stock options on the cheap, fixing up his insider buddies, while "producing Zero" for the shareholders!!

Glad i got that off my chest!!<ggg>
