Mr. Pink, I have made good money on SBTK in the past, but don't own any now, so nothing you or Pluvia say will affect that. I am willing to listen to facts, but "facts" in class action suits are usually bogus, especially when a presumably paid shill like Pluvia is acting as their front man. So far, the "facts" look like little league stuff, I am still waiting for the promised "trading halt". mod ps: I seem to recall your posting that you were shorting SBTK around $14, so you are the only "loser" so far, down 50%. A word of advice: Don't gloat until it is under the price you shorted it at.
