MW - After the TV Guide Deal falls apart, how long will it be before SRCM files Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

Incidently regarding our bet - I'll be having a Fillet Mignon Medium Rare, and a Glacier Tonic w/lime in a large bucket.

Thanks in advance, hope you were able to sell before you lost everything. This would be the first in what will certainly be a long list of "told you so" posts.... I'll be back for more gloating a little later.
