One last thing and then I am done on the subject.

I would think there's a difference between one individual stating their personal opinion (good or bad) on a company (as all of us do), and a concerted cooridinated smear campaign with calculated disinformation aimed at manipulating the company and/or share price.

Sure, for now companies are just going after the large cooridinated groups. These groups are scum and in an ideal world they should be punished. However if companies are successful with these groups what is to say they won't start going after the little guy to stop all bad information/opinions from being printed about their company. They probably won't succeed with any of these lawsuits but the scare tactics alone would change the face of the internet. Imagine an internet in which the second someone posts a "personal opinion" on a stock they receive a letter from the company's lawyer the next day. I'm just putting my foot down early.

P.S I missed the article...

Best Regards
