Backed by our resident expert Steve's trading sale of stock over $7,
I still believe CCUR will move lower from here, until such time as we see real announcements with real names. A $7 price can not be sustained with this news. A coming loss for the quarter, because of $1 million Atlanta moving costs, won't help. Be careful my friends.

By the way, I have sold none because I strongly believe such announcements will eventually come, confirmed by Soundview participation, and the stock will sell in double digits. This is analogous to the Internet quite some time ago, before the 10 times runups of the last 2 years in those stocks.

Randy, you are right about Intertainer. CCUR does not need a division that collects content. Intertainer is building quite the VOD library. While they are targeting the PC, they will likely be able to run their service via Worldgate or off the Explorer 2000 stb. I have been impressed by their vision and the planned offerings of thier service. Diva is one dimensional. They are becoming the Jurasic Park (no offense to Spielberg) of the interactive TV biz. There is a lot more going on and Diva is only offering the small cables one aspect of the interactive future. They are a lot like Iridium. A good idea back in the early 90's, but they didn't see the competition nor the market forces that would dominate in the future, thus rendering their competitive position moot. It will be sad when they start to burn all that cash.
