I've read the details posted here, and in Herb Greenberg's column. Certainly nothing of the "trading halt" or "auditor resigns" caliber in there. So SBTK shipped some pumps to a distributor in Florida and then sold some directly to customers in Florida? So what? If you have more serious info, I'd like to hear it. Otherwise, I may just have to buy some SBTK if the price dips more on what appears to be typical trash lawyer claims, and sell it on the rebound. I did that when the ROCAP halt knocked it down to $14, and got a nice bounce to sell into a few days later.

ps: if you want a real easy short, check out IRID, which I've been short from before Herb Greenberg started writing about them.
