[correction] a couple of more thoughts on the offering... first, orct's current cash position is probably closer to $30± million than the $40± million i noted last night... was looking at q4 rather than q1 and hadn't factored in another quarter of losses... (forward pricing etc...) second, believe that the news that the offering is all by the company is in all likelihood positive not only because all the cash is going to orct, but also because the large shareholders seem content to hold (altho there are no doubt other more negative interpretations) looks kinda wild n wooly at the opening... serious volume ... hmm .. guess the question is whether there's some good news to back up the offering... remember that whiplash before gte.. first it was announced that they were going to miss the quarter... then that they had "had been selected for a large-scale deployment"
