Well,, <<" But there may be loss of market share and margins in PC's">> Instead of "may be" substitute "will surely be a big" and probably in all depts....

<<" if he had something lined up he would have announced it.">> No doubt,, most of these positions require a certain type of person. A certain amount of ego is found in nearly all of them. It may be a part of the make up to combat the stress, long hours, and agrivation.

<<" the new man will become filthy rich in no time at all">> very true. Option shares will be purchased on a price well under what they are available to the public. Can sell some to pay for others so they actually amount to free shares--- hundreds of thousands of them. Anyone can become filthy rich if given enough shares no matter if it is an issue in the single digits. Just 5 years with 500K shares purchased at 2 1/2 and valued around 9 would do it just fine. Now if we do the CPQ multiplication at 22 it totals extremely filthy rich. Fine if he/she makes money for us. The performance since April should mean NO officer or director gets a single share! Earn them or lose them!
