Have only been an owner of CSCO for a short time, and this is the first 10Q I have
read.

Can someone tell me if all of the risk factors listed are same old same old, or if any
of them are new?

Anybody want me to take a stab at this?

I would not presume to know enough to advise anyone on how to invest their money. One should review the 10Q and other sources a make investors based on their comfort and risk tolerance of the company, the management and the product line.

Beware of self appointed "experts" such as Mighty Mizzou who will offer you opinions with a bias that he has yet to explain or defend.

In the networking sector, the market leaders are Cisco, Lucent, Nortel, and they tend to compete with point solution providers across their product lines as well as themselves. In a market that is more and more defined by speed and agility, one must judge which of the leaders will be most adaptable.
