At least you didn't say I was an evil Canadian short.<ggg> Thanks for that at least. I know you guys down there aren't used to stock halts so I'll forgive your (what I consider) irrational response to my simple question.

What happened to freedom of speech dude? Sheesh! You guys scare the heck out of me. Now you want me investigated for what is a simple question ... at least it's simple in Canada.

Sorry I didn't know the rules were so different down there. That's why I asked. Is anybody actually going to answer my question or shall I look forward to some more attacks from you friendly people down there?

So let's try that again shall we? Somebody please answer my very stupid and very simple question PLEASE. I asked because I don't know the answer.

By the way, is Satan a short seller? <ggg> I thought you might like that question better. You'll probably answer me on that too.

One more question Janice, why do Americans think that short selling is illegal? Is there some kind of law about that down there that I don't know about?

TIA

Lola:)

In your latest spectacularly successful effort to Bore Us, once again, you forgot to mention any of these "out right lies". Quite understandable, since there weren't any. Your never-ending support of fraudelently crooked companies is quite an interesting study in&#133

&#133consistency.

Hopefully one day the SEC will do something about individuals that
use off shore accounts to short bulletin board stocks. That's where their focus should be.

I thought it had been made quite clear by now that it was and is perfectly possible to short HITT through DLJ and Schwab. I suppose it's pointless to remind you of this, Boris, but there are two sides to every trade. Shorting is not illegal, and it is not "bad". It adds balance to the market, and serves as an important corrective to the efforts of hypesters and touts.

You honestly believe, don't you, that in the Natural Order of Things stocks always go up?

And that's not where the SEC's focus is, and presumably they know there business better than you do. They seem, in my opinion rightly, more interested in promoters, touts, and misrepresentation on the part of company management. Note how often, in the press, they express appreciation to internet watchdogs who send them information about these things.

You've got the whole thing backwards, Boris. Good companies can respond to criticism effectively. Bad companies can't.

...Another area the SEC should investigate are the manipulative activities of the shorters that assaulted this stock and those that supported their efforts by posting innuendos and out right lies....

What lies?

...Talk about red flags, ...

Where are those 8-Ks?
