Actually whether I think it's inane or not is irrelevant. It's made me some coin, so laugh all you want. If you guys were so sure about this stock, you could have made a fortune shorting at 12 or 13. I am not married to this stock, I don't love it, but Dizzy sure does hate it. You seems to errantly think that I have my life savings in this company or believe heavily in it. Hell, I've recognized it may be a P&D since I invested in it, that's part of the reason I covered my position when I had the chance. Not sure why you care, but laugh all you want...and enjoy the palindromes, at this point, I'd probably be better off if the remainder of my BIGG shares when to zero or I had to hold them for a year so I could get a tax break. I just am going to make too damn much money this year.

prost!

Jhild, some interesting information for you...

I've been reading the form 10 filed by BIGG and have been trying to piece together information regarding the purchase of the Bingo.com domain name. Let me know what you think...

From the form 10:

ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT dated the 18th day of January, 1999

BETWEEN:
BINGO, INC.,
a corporation incorporated pursuant to
the laws of Anguilla and having an address of:
P.O. Box 1127, The Hansa Bank Building,
Landsome Road, The Valley,
Anguilla, B.W.I.

(herein called the "Vendor") OF THE FIRST PART
AND:
PROGRESSIVE GENERAL LUMMER, CORP.,
a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of
the state of Florida and having an address of:
Suite 1500, P.O. Box 1078, 885 West Georgia Street,
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6C 3E8

(herein called the "Purchaser")

Three things to note here:
1. Bingo, Inc. sold the domain name (Bingo.com) to PROGRESSIVE/Bingo.com Inc.
2. The form 10 filing lists the billing address of the Bingo, Inc. as Anguilla, B.W.I.
3. The address for PROGRESSIVE is in Vancouver.

This is where things start getting weird. Early on this thread, there was quite a bit of debate as to how Bingo.com/Progressive acquired the domain name. It started here with Janice:
With whom did BIGG contract to buy the domain "bingo.com" for $1.1 million?

A few posts later, Janice posted some information from InterNic:

What does this all mean…

1.The domain name was not purchased from PROGRESSIVE or Pamela Wilkerson
The Vancouver mailing address for PROGRESSIVE LUMBER implies that “Pamela Wilkerson” was out of the picture when this purchase agreement was signed. Therefore, the Domain Name was not purchased from her or PROGRESSIVE LUMBER. In fact, the billing address for PROGRESSIVE appears to be very similar to this one:
Advanced Gaming Technologies Inc.
2482 - 650 West Georgia
P.O. Box 11610
Vancouver, BC V6B4N9

2. The billing address for Bingo, Inc., the Anguilla corporation, is the same as BIGGs
Ironically, the supposed Anguilla corporation called Bingo, Inc. now magically has a billing address that is none other than Bingo.com Inc. mailing address of today.

3. The billing contact for Bingo, Inc, the Anguilla corporation, is a Little BIGG man
The billing contact for Bingo, Inc. is our man Darren Little.

Although we will never be able to discover the “PRINCIPALS” of the Anguilla corporation called Bingo, Inc., the information from the form 10 coupled with information from InterNic, in my opinion, suggests that BIGG purchased the domain from Darren Little.

What do you think…
