Glenn, what do you think the effect rising interest rates has on the value of these 4 3/4% notes? I would think that these won't be nearly as valuable as they were in May. Rob, I believe the value of the 4 3/4% drop. That is why there have been so many conversion filings during hte last week in my opinion. The stock price of AMZN certainly is not an incentive so the drop in the bod would be a factor. Strictly cojecture. I will lookt at Merrill'' convertible weekly and post anything they have to say on this issue. They do cover that sector. Glenn
