Rajiv, I am sure there are, but it is tough to find them. Long term, I believe that MU will be, you'll have to look at the details, but INTC and TXN have debt convertible only at prices much higher than the current $40's (and the timing, I think is in the last quarter this year). It has been my thesis, that just as in MVIS, an "invisible hand" managed to get the stock for almost 20 days above the dead strike price, MU will be brought to those $70 plus lofty heights for the right amount of time to unload a bunch of shares on the public, and after that, the inevitable indigestion. So look at these in details in the SEC filing (I do not remember the prices at which TXN and INTC are allowed to unload "freely") and you can "plot" what the street is going to do. Of course, it does not always work.

The pump begins: "Microvision, Carl Zeiss To Produce Imaging Tech

BOTHELL, Wash. (Dow Jones)--Microvision Inc. (MVIS) signed
a letter of intent with Carl Zeiss GmbH (G.ZCS) to produce opthalmic,
visualization and imaging devices using Microvision's virtual
retinal display technology.
Specific terms weren't disclosed.
In a press release Wednesday, Microvision said the companies
will jointly design, produce and market the technology.
Microvision develops virtual retinal display technology.
