Well, if an $18 relatively unknown IPO...

...in this market is this hard to come by, I'm not optimistic about my chances on future IPOs in the Wit lottery. I was kinda bullish on CARI at 14, but doubtful at 18, even more so in this week's market. Thus, I'm not all depressed over not getting this one. But I am concerned about the prospects on the future hot ones.

And no, I've never flipped a share at Wit. I'm holding FCST, NETO, ETYS, BNBN, and WITC.

Ironically, the easiest IPO I ever got was WGAT (not from Wit) and it has been one of the "toughest" stocks in my portfolio over the past couple of weeks.

FWIW, I have decided NOT to confirm for CARI. I agree $18 is too high given the market and I don't want to hold for sixty days of purgatory. I have never flipped in my Wit account and I am reminded of the need to be more selective every time I look at NETO.
