Glenn, this is whats really hurting AOL I believe. There is just too much uncertainty with their broadband strategy. Who here bought @home after the portland ruling, looks like a good move now sjmercury.com Michelle, I agree about the uncertainty. That is the larget issue at the moment. I also believe open access will come to pass inspite of the link you posted. I read that earier today. There is a lot of lobbying going on here. It is occurring from both sides. I would prefer the uncertainty would dissappear. Glenn
