Rick, MZ, Peter and others congrats on SUGN. I wish I was in.

I believe this acquisition will have a bigger impact on the sector than WLA's purchase of AGPH. This deal proves that big Pharma is interested in relatively early stage biotechs. The universe of companies that may be acquired IMO has expanded. This is great for the sector and I think we will will begin to see a major rally in smaller biotechs. Indeed in addition to GNE I know of two other biothechs that have public offerings planned over the next few weeks. If they get done the tide has turned. It's about time.

Ok,
What company is next.
At current levels is SEPR a target?
How about GLFD.
