Teknvstr Briefly, Starsight(a subsidiary of GMST) has filed a lawsuit against General instruments for violation of agreement. They are currently in arbitration, with the result due out soon. I assumed that it was supposed to be settled over a 90 day period from march 22. The merits of the lawsuit have been debated on the yhoo message board--which should be a good first place to do the DD on GMST. Look for NYStew's posts on that board(and also on this thread). He has invested a lot of quality time researching this stock(under his modest selfdeprecating persona lies a shrewd researcher!!!).
