Last summer we spent many hours wondering about the same thing. We all
thought there were 100 million authorized shares. Imagine our surprise we we told there were 145 million shares issued and
authorized shares had been raised to 200 million without notifying
shareholders.
While there is no evidence that it has happened, 400K added to
a 3.5 million float is a 10% increase. That is not insignificant.
