Yup, I did say "immediate" rather than 2-3 months as was suggested in the link. I believe what we are seeing IS the beginning of that sell-off. In many prior sell-offs we had some very strong down days as we did last week, recovery, as we are going through THIS week, and then further weekness. Actually, I plotted May 17th as the start and I predicted that day several weeks in advance. Whether it comes over 3-4 days or 3-4 weeks is immaterial... a 3,000 point sell-off is a BK in my book. And the electric utilities indicator IS NOT a new indicator... have been using it several years - it just hasn't kicked into high gear up until now as it did in the 97 BK. Yet. Bill
