I don't think you understand; some of the prior installations required lower level security. These last 17 installations were only pilots looking to pass the NSA testing. If they failed, no one at gvt would have been in trouble. That is the whole purpose of a pilot...to test a product. In any case, it is now fully approved. Any competitor would have to go through similar rigorous testing before accessing this market. Is that clearer for you.
