Here's some more questions that I asked Keith and his responses: Thanks for the prompt response. I have two more questions. 1. I understand your response to my first question, but I'm not sure if I was clear in what I was asking. So let me ask it a different way. Will/have new shares been issued to pay for the new joint venture mentioned in todays press release? 2. Do you have a revised E.T.A. for when the SB-2A will be submitted? 3. How long after the SB-2A is submitted do you think it will be before the P's are up and trading? I'm looking for your latest estimate, not something that I or anyone else should take as carved in stone. 1. No I am not issuing shares... we are using cash. 2. Ever see one of those dancing chickens at the carnival? Thats what my schedule is like.... I am trying to get back at the SB2 ASAP. 3. The P's should be trading 14 or so days after the SEC filings.
