Absolutely. Banks are scrambling to get on the web, and each one that gets account access online is touting that fact via advertising on billboards. The banks are actually priming the consumers' minds for the next feature of web-banking: EBP. After all, just looking at your account history online gets a little boring. If that's all a consumer could do, they may as well wait for the statement to arrive via snail-mail, so they can eyeball by simply ripping open the envelope. "The time" is coming. CKFR has good sense on the timing of their new initiative, IMO also.
