Jeff, As I mention on an earlier posting I have found the offer document of Superphone for Firecrest dated 10th December 1996. It lists the Directors as: George Sukornyk Gregory Sukornyk Glenn Morrow Michael Craig An interesting statement arises in the financial statements for year ended30th April 1998: As a note to the accounts "If the company's shares have not commenced trading on the NASD otcBB by 31st October 1998 then the acquisition of X-stream Technologies is subject to cancellation" That may be the reason that a market was made last year.
