Methinks yellow journalism.
-For weeks---a baby jaundiced for weeks is extremely unusual
-cringed--this is not a horror show
-60 percent of all babies ...could lead to brain daminage (if left untreated) precisely the point, it is not left untreated
-thanks to Macfalane's efforts---I doubt she is technically capable
-babies (and their parents) can now be spared...needle pricks--a crusader's cry--to profit of course (which IMO is not likely)(
-recently won FDA clearance--2 years ago is not recent.
This is misleading and inaccurate, but characteristic of the sentimentalistic hand-wringing PR CCSI releases. I am disgusted by this kind of misleading poppycock. The tone is a disguised guilt trip for new parents ("if your newborn requires treatment...ask your doctor"). Preying upon the ignorant with emotional appeal is NOT the basis for a technologically sound business.
