afrayem, that was the biggest one day halt in history. Guess what...those companies were exposed right here on SI. Oh, BTW, if I recall correctly they all operated out of the same address. Here's the thread that exposed them:

Huh? The SEC rarely halts more than one company at a time. In the case you cite, the companies were interrelated.
