Yes, let's discuss the recent $50 million settlement Milberg Weiss paid. They wired $50 million to settle rather then risk punitive damages from a jury against them. Why? Because they viciously drove a company out of business for daring to oppose them in another case. This was not just libel, this was a deliberate attempt to misuse the legal system to destroy a business. And you think these guys are now Mr. Clean? Yeah, right. ps: you can't even spell their name right.
