I think the market value Internet differently from the others. NTAP is certainly not considered to be Internets given their profit margin.

I noticed that high P/E stocks are getting hit hard recently. The general sense is that inflation and higher interest rate is not good for high P/E (high growth) stocks. Look at another way, NTAP just completed their secondary offering, their rich cash could add more interest income. Also there may be concerns about lower margin trend and rising competition from EMC and SUNW and slower Q4 spending.

This is only the second time this year that NTAP closed below 40. I was waiting for this to happen for a long time and now patience paid off. I bought yesterday and today.
