The services side of business is so large that certain services could be offered by Dell while others farmed out. It depends on the positioning and profit of 'make vs. buy'. As examples, global 'break fix' services will likely be external. Under the Technology Partner umbrella, IT consulting services will likely continue to grow from within. eBusiness type services it untapped and would also likely come from within. MEATHEAD
