There is a time frame that the stocks will have to file by. By there symbol, from A to Z. Yes, be careful what you buy. There is a list of stocks that ARE reporting. KZAP

Gene, I'll answer your question... Could you elaborate a little on what you are saying - 95% of all BB stocks are going to be worthless in 8 months - is that what you are saying? 95% is not an actual fact. It was an estimate by me and Lola. See, what I mean is that 95% of all the stocks on the OTC BB probably don't even exist. Most of them are scams. There are literally 100s of thousands of these. There is no biz to report on and the SEC can check at all times. So these guys will pump it to the last minute until it's all over with...the day it opens at 0. This is when you have nothing. The 5% have already announced they are going to file. It is a fairly long process and if they don't do it now, then most will be worth nothing in a matter of months. I am not getting in those nor will I discuss them. How can you tell if they plan to or are? Check freeedgar.com or look at the PRs. Some in the process (GOCA, MXNT) won't be in Edgar's yet..
