When using the WINS strategy to write covered calls, do you look at the delta of the call you are selling to see if it is over a particular amount (say 75) before writing the call? I am new to the WINS strategy and have many questions to ask.

I'm hoping for a little more increase before I write any calls, and even then maybe writing a little bit out of the money. Maybe tomorrow's CPI numbers will help us all, then again, maybe not...
