Pruguy,
They are in slightly different markets. VRIO, with it's AOL agreement targets the smaller business and EXDS baits the hook for a slightly larger fish. I think that both can survive, though each is probably an attractive takeover candidate. I have resolved this conflict by owning both. I find this similar to the BYND/DRIV discussion. Further analysis would be greatly appreciated.
