When using the WINS strategy, do you wait for the stock price to cross the top bollinger band and have an RSI of > 70 before selling the call? Do I also check the shorts on the stock before selling the call? I sell ATM or ITM calls and I look at volatility of the option? I'm also getting confused about buying a PUT. The puts seem very expensive. I trade mainly tech and telecom stocks. Also, will the WINS strategy work if I sell calls that are two or more months out and I buy them back (hopefully at a lower cost) and I want to keep my portfolio of stocks but want some cash flow coming in from them each month?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm new to the group.
