Phil,

I think you have really expressed a kernel of what is important here--i.e. the technology and the oncoming freight train of interactivity.

I think the only significant question here is in regard to the technology. Are IATV's patents the most significant and advanced of any of the interactive content providers? If the technology has become passe then this is probably not a good investment, and we're in deep trouble.

However, if IATV is about to become "an INTEL inside" type of product (which is why we bought this stock), then we should thrive long term. I've only had a long term focus on this stock which represents a significant portion of the speculative side of my investment portfolio along with RNWK. Is IATV going to be incorporated into the convergence? My argument is the same with RNWK, and encompasses my vision of how the world is going to look in the year 2005 or 2010. If I'm right on the vision than the investment is a "ball park " home run, and IATV will be a 200 stock. At this point with 85% market share RNWK is a lot further along than IATV, which has yet to demonstrate market share.
I'd be really interested in news from the big Cable show that is going on , because that is where our future is. If the risk is 3 points down and 100 up that's a great game to be in.
However, I also own conservative stocks and I own bonds.
