Case is slick,
Case is not showing,
or playing his cards,
the ultimate poker player,
he has an aggressive strategy,
imo,
cable rollout,
too slow,
to cause urgency,
stall,
bluff,
beg,
bargain,
and steal,
no hurry,
no hurry,
if cable rollout,
was 10 times faster,
there would be urgency....
there are other
incentives,
not to move ahead,
there are other
incentives,
to maintain the status quo....
and it sucks....LOL.
