You're right. After I wrote that I realized that we did several things in that support session and that it probably wasn't removing the old driver that fixed the problem.

Very well organized and trained. Right on top of the problems. Huge support staff -- the guy told me there's 60 techs on duty during business hours (no 24 support though).
