Now what is their new IPO allocation policy. Previously u need to have $1K free cash. Now is it $2K cash or securities. So if I have stocks worth 10K and no cash, will I still be allocated???

My DJ was different, bongagong... We determined that as a result of our first-come first-served allocation procedure you would not be allocated shares in this offering. Therefore, we did not ask you to reaffirm your conditional offer and accordingly your conditional offer has been cancelled. If I understand you correctly, you got a CR and did not confirm? And I'm blown away by the fact that they still haven't changed their DJ from the same text they used to send out. I CO'd within the window on this one, so I should not have been rejected on first-come, first-served.
