OPPORTUNITY BECKONS:Being coldly objective in light of the mass selling hysteria, concerns regarding allegedly incredible proposed dilution, predicted imminent failure of TSIG,delayed and/or inadequate execution on existing deals, the horror stories told by former and now disgruntled employees, the bitter(and certainly understandably so)tales of woe by those with huge paper or actual losses who feel they have somehow been misled by saints who turned out to be just mortal and not totally infallible, the infamous and monstrous PP hell-bent on selfishly making money while destroying TSIG in the process(all the while accumulating as many shares as possible to sell as low as possible and avoid the gain of a potential 10-100 bagger opportunity or more----and hoping to hasten the demise of the company so at least part of the loan is never repaid, not to mention the incessant bashing by avenging angels, neurotics, those probably economically motivated to bash, as well as those who may be simply misguided, angry, desperate or just plain scared to death(but nonetheless sincere),I and my colleagues have now reached the inescapable conclusion that we had better buy all the shares we can at these ridiculously low, bottom feeder prices and increase our rate of accumulation as prices go even lower, if they do so at all. This is in fact what we have been recently doing,as I am sure other large and sober investors have as well, thus accounting for the accumulation of late noticed by some posters on the web. It only makes good sense to do so; after all, we bought into TSIG at .50 and more over a year ago when it had no deals, a money draining subsidiary, and only the hope of a long overdue CCI website. The business prospects for TSIG today dwarf the TSIG of old by almost bizarre propotions.Even 300,000,000 shares( authorized--not issued)would still have the profound likelihod of at least a substantial multi-bagger encouraging current share accumulation, and at least some of these shares may be destined for future acquisitions or funding divisions/subsidiaries like those recently tabled by cost-cutting to focus on existing deals. There is no doubt, however, that the drop in share price has at least hampered the company's current ability to secure additional funding on reasonable terms to supplement and/or replace the PP.The remaining PP funds should be more than adequate to run the company long enough to achieve it's profitable, positive cash flow state and the then existing stockholders of TSIG(including myself and probably Marty Frankel as well)will most likely receive substantial financial rewards for their good judgement and stalwoth patience----GOD WILLING!! I believe most of the trading and current dumping of TSIG shares has been primarily by members/lurkers on SI/RB threads.TSIG is not yet widely known to the investment community(although this should change with G/H and anticipated TSIG profitability in the coming months). If I am correct, then approximately one month of dumping about 25 million shares should pretty much exhaust the supply of the small investors who have been panicked by the bashers;then the bashers will have only themselves to talk to. The remaining shareholders, not susceptable to the bashers will be HOLDING LONG, available shares at bargain prices will dry up and then.......LONG LIVE TSIG AND IT'S LOYAL,TRUE BLUE SHAREHOLDERS!!! (I guess that could be kind of just a little hyping----but nothing compared to the levels of bashing to date and the anticipated venemous responses to my comments).Tomorrow I buy more shares!.........ALL IHMO!.....Good luck and GOD speed to all!!................GIL Would someone kindly post this message on SI, since I am not a member. Thanks!

I love all these bashers saying I told you so. You guys have given self fullfilling prophicies, and then so how you knew it was going to happen.

I would be willing to make a large bet that if none of you would have bashed the company as bad as you guys have. The price would have not be were it is now.

Any takers, you guys are POS'S in my books not saviors as you guys are trying to label yourselfs as.

I hope you guys are proud of yourselves, i hope you all sleep well at night LOSERS.

Phillip, Bernie did not provide enough detailed information to do the calculations you are trying to do. What I learned from Bernie is that there has been shorting, some PP holders are converting and selling, there is more selling to do. A call to the Transfer Agent is in order to keep a tab on outstanding shares. Note Zeev's point that if there is selling but no increase in outstanding, that is evidence of shorting. Clarification: neither Bernie nor I said that TSIG was involved in a CD deal with Victoria's Secret. He mentioned Victoria's Secret as an example of what TEMPO does, thinking more people may be familiar with that CD. Does $40,000 of revenue from TEMPO translate into 400,000 CD's? I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with Victoria's Secret. Regards, Suzanne
