Ok guys I have been pouring over the SEC filings and it seems to me that it would be in the best interest of ALL parties concerned to add a dividend to the spin off. Since Go profit was purchased with 100% shares of DDEQ It would make sense that they would want to hold some of the stock. Now its a matter of DDEQ coming up with the 400k to go public.

dexx: If DDEQ has really high quality web properties that have significant potential...would they ever consider hooking up with CMGI? IMO, they should seek out a strategic investment from CMGI or possibly sell the internet division to them. This would be great for all the stakeholders. CMGI is a master when it comes to incubating successful hypergrowth internet companies -- and they have significant credibility on Wall Street. I sure wouldn't complain if I had more CMGI shares <G>. IMO, some of CMGI's partner companies (like Lycos and Raging Bull) could help GoProfit.com grow rapidly. Any thoughts about his?

Best Regards,

Scott
