Jesse, why the foul language? Interesting how you claim to want to set the record straight yet you offer no facts about anything. Don't worry, I don't believe in ignoring people who are truly searching for the truth so feel free to write again with specific factual questions you might have and I'll try my best to help you.

Hi, Jesse. Welcome to SI.

There is not 1 chance in a million that this will occur and you know it.

Wow!!! Such a bold prediction and on your very first post?!? What a great way to make a first impression. ;^)

Jesse my small-brained pilgrim, I'll take time to answer your inquiries. Angus' compassion is without bounds and he is happy to help lost lambs clear away the cobwebs of ignorance and find enlightenment. I must say, however, that you represent a challenge.

First, Mr. Mitchell has never stated that ABFG(E) would not make an acquisition in Madagascar. In fact, Mr. Mitchell predicted that ABFG(E) would make just such an acquisition in order to cover their previous lies about owning mines in Madagascar when, according to the Malagasy Government, they did not. You should read Mr. Mitchell's outstanding "open letter to ABFG management". Mr. Mitchell's research skills are the stuff of legend and his written eloquence rivals even that of the immortal Che Guevara of RB fame.

Of course you are quite right that there is not one chance in a million that ABFGE will be delisted. The actual probability is MUCH greater than that. Why do you think there's an "E" at the end of their ticker symbol?? Its because the NASD feels that risk of the security being delisted is high enough that investors an prospective investors need to be alerted to the risk in no uncertain terms. Think of the "E" as the rattle of a rattlesnake. Its telling you that you may be bitten.

I hope this helps
