Actually, these shares were only registered and cannot be sold for a twelve month period without the consent of Dirks & Company. If they were already included in the float, LOAX would have already settled to its eventual level in the $4-6 range. From the S-1:

This prospectus also relates to the registration for resale of 1,896,116 shares of common stock and 1,095,000 shares of common stock underlying warrants for the purchase of common stock held by certain selling stockholders identified in this prospectus. These shares may not be sold for a period of twelve months from the effective date of this prospectus without the prior written consent of Dirks & Company, Inc. We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares.

Another interesting table- And the insiders shares haven't even been released yet!!!

Date Close Change Day High Day Low Volume
Jun 15 12 1/8 - 5/8 -4.90% 13 15/16 11 3/8 226,200
Jun 14 12 3/4 -1 3/4 -12.07% 15 1/4 12 183,200
Jun 11 14 1/2 -1 7/16 -9.02% 16 1/2 14 255,400
Jun 10 15 15/16 -1 9/16 -8.93% 17 3/4 15 3/4 171,200
Jun 09 17 1/2 -1 -5.41% 18 7/8 17 1/2 117,900

You rarely see a stock drop this fast, but I think it will continue to close down at least a 1/2 point per day.

Lots of short covering today but actually some buying. Saw a few 3K lots go through on the offer, but they got snapped up pretty quickly. I don't think Dirks has the available capital to try a short squeeze and if they are talking to the other members of the syndicate to try a squeeze, they'll eventually end up in a 10 X 10 cell.

I actually would really enjoy a nice short squeeze run up to the high 20s. They usually drop faster the second fall than the first and I'd love to ride this back down again with a larger position. I'm kicking myself for not loading up more although hindsight is always pretty clear.

Any longs (especially the ones buying the larger lots today) have a reason for buying?
