Interesting find, Jeff. By the time everyone is done researching this puppy, we will have the makings of a book.

"Camelot received 1,856,453 shares of Firecrest, representing approximately 10% of the company, as consideration for the grant of the exclusive distribution rights."

We now know that in November 1995, Firecrest had approximately 18.5 MM shares outstanding.

However, as I posted Sunday evening, Camelot, which is now an inactive holding company, terminated its business relationship with Firecrest and apparently sold its shares on the open market. I have asked UPTICK to provide me with information that would currently link Wettreich to XSNI. Wettreich has a history of self dealing and if he is currently involved in XSNI it would be GAME OVER. From the Camelot Form 10-K/A:

sec.gov

"In November 1995, Registrant appointed Firecrest Group plc a public company, as exclusive distributor for DigiPhone in the United Kingdom and Ireland in consideration for $1,950,575 payable by shares equal to approximately 10% of Firecrest. ("Digiphone Rights") In March 1996 all relations with Firecrest were terminated and Registrant sold all its shares in Firecrest in market transactions. Subsequently, Firecrest sold its DigiPhone Rights to Meteor. In July 1996, Registrant sold the European rights to distribute DigiPhone to DigiPhone Europe Ltd which became a subsidiary of Meteor. The consideration was (british pounds)5,000,000 of loan stock which was subsequently converted into Meteor shares. In November 1996 Registrant sold the international DigiPhone rights to Meteor for (british pounds) 1,000,000 pounds of loan stock which subsequently was converted into Meteor shares. In May 1997, DigiPhone International, Ltd. a Meteor subsidiary, became the exclusive marketing company for all Third Planet products on a worldwide basis."

At least two of UPTICK's posts imply that Camelot still holds its XSNI shares. This is understandable as the 10-K/A is inconsistent in places and includes the following comment in regard to Firecrest with no reference to the sale of the shares:

"The appointment of Firecrest Group PLC as exclusive distributor for DigiPhone in the United Kingdom and Ireland, occurred during the period under review. The consideration for the granting of the UK and Ireland exclusive rights was $1,950,575 payable by issuance by Firecrest of 1,856,453 ordinary shares equal to approximately 10% of the increased share capital of Firecrest. Firecrest is a media and marketing company in the United Kingdom."

Been buzzing around the internet, looking for XSNI tidbits, here's one:

X-Stream Networks Inc Symbol: BB:XSNI BB
Bargain basement again. Stock was run down on small volume ahead of news IMHO. Volume today has been small sells and huge buys. Head of Munder Net fund was on and said that AOL was disappointed in their UK performace. Why you ask. Because XSNI is taking all their business with their free internet services. The wave of the future ISP's IMO. I also read somewhere in a letter from the Company that they were cash flow positive in their first 10 months. Another interesting tidbit. Read this on a board. XSNI was a merger and name change with Firecrest. Apparently, all UK shareholders (long/short) are restricted on selling/buying their shares until June 30. The old company was close to being suspended and some large short positions are being held. I'm looking for a run up of the stock to the end of the month whether or not this is true. If it is true, I expect a huge short cover to continue a ralley. This might be at $5-6+ before the short cover. Can you say 10 bagger? I'm all over this stock again and believe this is a no brainer entry point! Trading looks familiar when the stock ran up last time made a nice 50+%return. As always do your own DD and good trading.
