"I have been led ...."

Now you see, that is a big part of your problem - Use your own head! Think for yourself! Otherwise you can add a ("b") to the last word in your fragment above. "I have been (b)led ..."

Its a chore having to bring this up again but, you all realize that the stock price is merely exactly 7/16 higher than when I first posted here on 6/29/98. .4375/6.25 = 7%
The point here is that it was just so predictable. All of the risk, all of the volatility, and what do you get for risking all of your equity? Not much more than the return earned on a riskless asset.

Chisy, Good point. Some of the patent sleuths may be able to shed some light on that subject. Lev did say that he expects any competitor will have difficulties getting too far without stepping on one of Valence's patents, especially with the large (laptop size) batteries. I don't remember Electrofuel being mentioned as serious contenders. If they infringe and manage to develop substantial revenues, Valence might be entitled to disgorge all profits plus penalties.
