kerry, have you followed mr. pink or any of the others mentioned in the suit? these people don't short REAL companies like ancor. they build long term short positions in stock selling, scam bulletin board companies that often times end up being closed down by the sec. recent example is ncdr. huge difference between these people and the the shorters/bashers on the yahoo ancor board. i will be shocked if hits prevails in it's lawsuit against them. it pays to get around si and broaden one's scope. there are very credible people with a wide range of investing strategies.
