OTOT RE: Litigation and SI

I have experience in two situations where a company sued people who were allegedly making libelous comments about the company--PRST and SOLV. In fact, I know the people who were sued pretty well.

In both instances, the time the lawsuit was filed was an excellent time to short the stock. Although I only know a little bit about HITT, I have no reason not to believe that history will repeat itself. When a company cares that much about what people say rather than spending its valuable time just proving them wrong, it usually means that management can't prove them wrong.
