This to inform the current and past members and shareholders of the actions I have personally taken concerning my holdings and silence.

I was a substantial and overly invested shareholder according to my personal portfolio allocated to stocks. Foolishly I allowed the potential of TSIG to overwhelm my common sense and allowed myself to become to heavily invested in one stock. The anticipated returns of this company seemed to be so substantial that I felt the golden goose had been found. All forecasted information that came my way indicated so.

This information came from sources other shareholders passed on and through conversations with management that I subsequently passed on to the shareholders. My understanding of the company became and is still fairly extensive. The information I put together I felt to be potentially attainable with the normal give and take due to changing company decisions and situations. Without the rapid reversal within the company and the resultant demise of the stock value, I earnestly believed many of the things forecasted could have been accomplished and some still can be.

With the continual slide in the stock and the continued negative public pressure placed on this forum I had to take personal actions and divest myself of most of my holdings when the stock went under .20. Multiple requirements were at play causing that action. I had to attempt to find another avenue to try and redeem the substantial losses I had incurred and feel that I did so as apparently many others also have done. Time will tell if I made the right decision.

I still have a small holding in TSIG and am remaining on the DD trail, though subdued. However, with the personal attacks and accusations being leveled at me I have decided to not post my findings and feelings until there is an indication of a desire to know and even then I will have to make quite a decision whether I want to be placed in the situation of the same potential results being levied personally at me.

For those that still think I have received any remuneration from TSIG in any fashion, you are mistaken. The only thing I ever got from TSIG was a drink from their water fountain and a substantial loss from my investment. I have entertained additional expenses due to the continual phone and traveling along with the initiative attempted which indicated success only to be reversed at the last second.

Additonally to those who entertain thoughts that I was involved in some plot to aid in causing the shareholders to lose their share value, you are also mistaken.

I have never had anything more in mind other than to gather and pass on information and unfortunately became overly enthusiastic. My only desire is that the company had been as enthusiastic as myself and pressed for success as rapidly as possible.

Good luck to all

Bob
