PAR: Excellent question. I don't think anything official has been released. If so, I haven't seen it. We need to be reminded that nothing is a "done deal" until it is done and I appreciate you reminding me of that. My confidence in the dividend is based upon discussions I have had with David Westfere as well as research my attorney has done. I have found Mr. Westfere to be very forthright. It may turn out that I have been misled, but he has been truthful with me on other matters so I have no reason to doubt him. Further, my attorney looked into the mater on my behalf and he felt comfortable that such a dividend would occur. To optimize my potential net profit, I feel it is to my advantage to acquire DDEQ shares prior to a dividend PR. After such a PR I would expect the cost of DDEQ to be much higher based upon arbitrage opportunities which will present themselves. This would result in my ability to buy fewer DDEQ shares and accordingly receive fewer GoProfit shares. However, I readily acknowledge that waiting for a PR would be a safer course of action. While I feel comfortable with my course of action based upon my investment strategies, I am not recommending that anyone else follow it.
